When you use our inquiry forms on the home or contact pages, we collect the name, email address and message you submit. That information is sent to our email provider so we can read and respond to your inquiry. The site does not run third-party analytics or advertising tools, and we do not use tracking cookies for measurement or marketing.

Your browser may store optional preferences locally, such as display theme and language choice, using browser storage on your device. We do not use those preferences to profile visitors.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes requests to deliver the site and may keep standard technical logs (for example IP address, request time, browser type and referring URL) for security and operations.

We use your inquiry details only to reply to you and to manage partnership or acquisition discussions related to the CerebralPay and CerebralID domain portfolio.

We do not sell personal data.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel for website hosting and Resend for transactional email delivery when you submit an inquiry form. They handle data according to their own policies and our instructions for operating the site and delivering messages.

We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle the conversation and related business matters. You may ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where Sethric LLC and our service providers operate.
